Our journey unfolds amidst the serene ambience of the Oasi del Bottaccio and the natural splendour of Lago della Gherardesca. Spanning approximately 30 hectares, this tranquil lake lies within a protected area, serving as a haven for various bird species along their migratory routes. Navigating through a few kilometres of unpaved paths amidst the marshland, we retrace our path back to Capannori via the charming municipality of Porcari.
